What are your hours?
Standard support hours are from 9am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. We may respond to tickets outside of this support window, based on urgency.
Why do you need my FTP information?
In order for our team to properly optimize your site, we will need access to your WordPress install, mainly the wp-content/ directory.
Why can’t I use WP-Rocket
Some hosts do not allow for 3rd party caching plugins to be installed on their platform. WP-Rocket is currently working with many web hosting providers to allow for their service to work.

What is Development time?
We provide development time to assist you with simple edits to your sites such as adding new pages, posts, widgets or minor CSS/Text changes that you need. This does not include custom programming or graphic design.
What are intelligent updates?
Intelligent updates will help to prevent your site from crashing during the update process. During an update, if an issue is detected the update will be rolled back so that your site continues to work with minimal to no downtime.
What will I see on my bill?
Your bill will show a charge from our parent company Systm Web LLC.
How do I cancel?
We hate to see you go, but if you really wish to cancel your plan with us please use the contact form. On the contact form select Cancelation as the subject and then you will need to verify the last 4 digits of the credit card that you use with us.
Do you issue refunds?
At this time we do not offer refunds, so when canceling we will set the termination date to the final day of your billing period. You are able to continue using the service until then 🙂
